Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us ASAP for a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless damaged.

If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
